Yucky shots!

Well.....Makalyn is 7 months, and has been sick off and on whenever we have went to get her shots...so...today we finally were able to get her 4 month shots, and in 30 days, have to go get her 6 month ones as well. She actually didn't do to badly, but mommy did! She turned a shade of red that I have never seen on a baby and she cried for a few seconds...enough for a couple tears, poor thing! She ended up with 3 shots and an oral....which ends up being like 8/9 vaccines...augh!
Miranda had an appointment today too, just to check some things, and ended up having to have her blood drawn...now that was an ordeal....she hid under the chair for awhile, and then finally agreed to letting her dad hold her while it was being done while I helped hold her arm....she screamed, she cried, Makalyn cried cause Miranda was crying, it was fun.....not. But in the end, after a couple dramatics of my whole life is over now....a sucker, sticker, and a happy meal saved her world for yet another day :) She is definitely cut out for an award winning acting career :)
But that's our day so far....now the girls are playing hide and seek with each other, so they must be okay!!
